Our design perspective is rooted in the American West. Drawing inspiration from the landscape, natural materials, and architectural influences that reflect the region’s quiet strength.
We create grounded, forward thinking spaces that balance past, present, and future without chasing trends. Natural materials, sun washed tones, and artisan made elements come together to create warm, resilient interiors that feel personal, enduring, and designed to age well.
I founded Blue Copper Design in 2018 after seeing firsthand how often accessibility is treated as an afterthought in the design industry. That gap became my drive. I believe accessibility and beautiful design should never compete, and I built this studio to prove they can and should coexist without compromise.
After sustaining a spinal cord injury in 2009, my relationship with space changed completely. I experienced how profoundly design impacts daily life, independence, and dignity. It taught me that good design is not about aesthetics alone, but about creating environments that truly support people through every stage of life.
When I am not working, you will likely find me watching documentaries, exploring new places, or taking an unreasonable number of photos of my dogs. Thank you for being here, it truly means the world.
